Led the visual presentation and execution of a 70,000-square-foot luxury retail gallery, directing and training a large team in brand standards, product styling, and meticulous installation techniques.
Responsible for composing immersive room environments, overseeing furniture placement, spatial balance, lighting, artwork installation, textile styling, and precise fixture positioning. Every element was thoughtfully considered, from scale and proportion to hanging heights, alignment, and discreet cord management.
